A day’s stay in the apartment lasts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.
A Guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, should notify staff in advance. Any request will be considered as far as possible. Extension of stay will be subject to an additional charge.
Keys to the apartment will be handed over between 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The minimum stay is three (3) nights.
The maximum number of occupants is six (6) adults and one (1) child under the age of two (2).
The exact date and time of the Guest’s arrival at the apartment should be confirmed by phone or e-mail, one day prior to arrival at the latest, to the Proprietor. In the event that the Guest is unable to arrive at the apartment at the agreed time, the Proprietor reserves the right to change the place of handing over the keys.
The Guest is obliged to inform the Proprietor about a check-in after 9:00 PM, 24 hours in advance. In the absence of such information, the check-in may not be possible and the reservation may be cancelled due to non-arrival.
A proof of identity is required for check-in. If the identity card raises any doubts, the person designated to contact the guest has the right to ask for another document confirming the identity of the person being checked in.
The Guest must be at least 18 years old. If the Proprietor discovers that the Guest fails to meet this minimum age requirement, the Proprietor may immediately evict the Guest, and all payments made by any Guest will be forfeited.
The Guest may cancel their reservation by giving the Proprietor written notice at least seven (7) days before the check-in date. In this case, the total cost of the reservation will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation after the deadline, including between the check-in to check-out period of a reservation for any reason, the Proprietor will have no obligation to refund the Guest any amount paid, except for the Security Deposit.
If the Guest wishes to alter their reservation (e.g. change the dates of stay or the number of guests), the Proprietor will investigate all possibilities to comply with the Guest’s request, however no guarantee can be given. In case no suitable alternative is available, the cancellation policy is applicable.
Payment for the apartment and deposit must be received in full before the date of arrival.
The Proprietor reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest, without the possibility of refunding the fee for the stay, who:
does not have a form of identity (passport, identity card etc.) and refuses to present it;
is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, or act in an inappropriate way.
The Guest, with the consent of the Proprietor, may transfer all the rights and obligations arising from the concluded agreement, to a third party on condition that this person takes over all the rights and obligations arising from the concluded agreement.
The Guest should report any deficiencies or defects in the apartment on the day of check-in.
Failure to report any comments or objections (in writing: text message, e-mail, etc.) regarding the technical condition of the apartment on the day of check-in means that the apartment and the equipment contained therein was delivered for use in a condition which does not raise comments or objections of the guest.
The Guest shall be fully liable for damage to the Premises or its equipment and common property, including common parts of the building in which the Premises is located, as well as neighbouring apartments, not resulting from the normal use of the Premises, caused by the Guest and persons staying with them at the Premises.
Damage to or stains on the mattress will be charged a fee of 500 PLN each.
The Guest shall be obliged to repair any damage caused to the Proprietor and third parties both in the Premises and in common property, including common parts of the building and neighbouring premises, by themselves or persons for whom they are responsible. The Guest shall inform the Proprietor or the authorised person of any defects, damage or harm caused by the Guest and persons for whom the Guest is responsible.
The Proprietor shall collect a deposit of 500 PLN when the reservation is made from the Guest as security for the obligation referred to in the preceding paragraph. The deposit shall be released within 7 days after vacating the Premises, after deducting the equivalent of the damage caused by the Guest and the Guest’s responsible parties.
Deduction of the Proprietor’s receivables from the deposit shall not exclude the assertion of claims for damage inc5urred, the value of which exceeds the collected deposit.
The Proprietor reserves the right to bill the Guest with an amount equivalent to the loss incurred.
The Proprietor or apartment staff shall have the right to enter the apartment without the Guest’s consent if they notice any threats to the safety of guests or property, in the event of the Guest’s failure to observe the Rules and Regulations of the apartment, suspected behaviour likely to significantly deteriorate the condition of the apartment, or other situations contrary to the principles of social co-existence. The Proprietor reserves the right to expel the Guest from the apartment in such situations.
The number of persons to reside in the facility is limited to that notified in the booking process. If the number of persons turns out to be greater than that specified in the booking, the Proprietor undertakes to pay a contractual penalty of 200 PLN for each additional person per day. In the event of exceeding the permitted number of persons in the apartment, the Proprietor may also refuse to issue keys.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Breaking this rule will result in a fine of 300 PLN for each night booked by the Guest (unless agreed otherwise with the Proprietor).
Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products and other stimulants is strictly forbidden in the Apartment. In the event of smelling the aforementioned, the Proprietor shall charge the Guest with a fine of 500 PLN fine.
The apartment is not is not to be used for parties in or around the apartment, or in any common areas or facilities, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests.
The Guest shall observe the principles of being a good neighbour: observing the building quiet hours of 10 PM to 6 AM, maintaining cleanliness in the premises, staircases and within the occupied building, and keeping the rented apartment in a proper condition.
If, as a result of disturbing the order by the Guest, the Proprietor or a representative of the Proprietor is called to the Apartment or the Municipal Police or the Police are called to intervene, the Proprietor shall be entitled to immediately terminate the contract due to the fault of the Client and at the same time has the right to charge the Guest a fine of 1000 PLN.
On the day of departure, the Guest shall make the rented apartment available to the Proprietor in order to check its condition.
A Guest’s early departure for reasons beyond the control of the owners of the Apartment, shall not entitle the Guest to claim reimbursement for unused services.
The Proprietor reserves the right, in cases of sudden defects or other fortuitous events, to shorten the reservation and refund the amount for unused nights.
The Proprietor is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities unless such damage is the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Proprietor.
Issues not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
The competent court to resolve any disputes is the court with jurisdiction in Krakow.
Any potential disputes between the Proprietor and the Guest shall be governed by Polish law.
